Late Night Creation

 Happy Birthday Pam! (my awesome upline)

It was late, I needed a birthday card and of course, none of the ones that I already had were good enough. Why is that? Either way, I wanted something cupcake-ish for Pam and I wanted to continue using my August Colors.

I made the pedestal scallop by punching holes and putting another scallop edge behind. To get the holes in the right spot I used the piercing tool and then punched over that hole. After I messed up on the first few of course.
