Circle Circus Circle Card Banner

I copied this card as best as I could directly from the 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog p142. It was much more complicated than I had hoped. Not the banner, that was easy, it was the little scalloped trim that was a pain. It was worth it though, because it's cute! You punch a Dotted Scalloped Ribbon Border and then cut off the edge. That was the tedious part.

Colors: Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango, Wild Wasabi, Pool Party (stamped only).
