Blog Hop: Promotion Playtime

This month we are sharing the promotions that aren't necessarily in the annual catalog. Throughout the year, many of these pop up and I try to share them on my Be In the Know page and Pinterest board

I am sharing what I have learned to do so far with the Envelope Punch Board (133774) in addition to making envelopes. Click on the image above for the full flyer it's only $19.95 + tax/ship.

Treat Box:
This holds candies like three Dove Chocolates side by side. The finished box is 1-1/2" x 3-3/4".
Cut one 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" piece of DSP and visit Jean Piersanti's tutorial on Youtube. I used: Whisper White 5/8" Organza Ribbon (114319) for the bow.

Bow: (on Bunny)
Cut one of each of the following: 1" x 6" strip, 1"x 3-1/2" strip and  1/4" x 1" strip.
I used Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper (130145) for both the bow and the treat box.

Bunny:
I followed Jackie Topa's Youtube tutorial for the body of the snowman and made it into a bunny (I rounded off the head). Combining the two projects was an afterthought that turned genius! Isn't he adorable?!

Here's what I used to make the transformation:
Eyes, nose and teeth (half circle with a snip) were done with the 3/4" Circle Punch (119873) the circle from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309) and a uni-ball Signo (R) Gel Pen White (105021). The cheeks were done with the Small Oval Punch (120908) and the ears, arms and feet were done with the Large Oval Punch (119855) and the smallest from the Ovals Collection Framelits (129381).
Card Stock and Colors: Crumb Cake, Pink Pirouette, Basic Black and Whisper White.

Thanks again for stopping by our monthly blog hop. Come back next month!
