Blog Hop: February Step it Up SAB Style

Welcome back to our monthly Step It Up Hop! We hope this new hop style helps many different levels of stampers. Thank you for joining us this month. We hope you have a happy and creative one.

First of all, I want to mention that I CASE'd this card from DO Stamping with Dawn. I had done a google search for something else and found this card that uses a similar type of set. As you can see it works really well with Flowering Fields too. I love the simplicity of this one. Look closely, I burnished the edges of the circles.

I usually try to use the Designer Series Paper to pick the colors but at the time I didn't even remember that I had the DSP. I point this out because the DSP uses a different green so I couldn't use it. Then I found the side that matched the butterfly I had already colored. Lucky me! I love the pop of color.
