We Create Subtles Collection Blog Hop


Welcome to March! This month we are showcasing the Subtles Collection and it was a little trickier than I had expected. My brain hasn't moved the colors around since the recent reorganization.


For this card I started by stamping and coloring the floral spray. Then I added the decorative cut out where I stamped the sentiment. Still too plain so I added the gold thread. Next up, the background. I only have a few to choose from so I am happy that this one was a carry over from the Holiday Catalog. I love it and I think it's a keeper. Lastly, I added Basic Pearls to the center of the flowers.

Here's a close up. Pretty sloppy but it works. Water coloring isn't meant to be perfect so don't stress when you leave white areas. You're doing it right.
