A Useful Tip for BS Dies

Something I learned at Convention 2013* was to put vinyl or adhesive shelf liner on your Big Shot TM Dies so that you know where to put your paper. Black on black makes it hard to see whether or not you've got it in the right spot. I did this to a few of my dies first thing. I already have a huge roll so local customers do not buy!

For this size die I cut the shelf liner to 4-1/2 x 5-1/4 and then rounded the edges with the 1/16" corner rounder. Yeah, it's choppy because the shelf liner is too flexible but I still like the edges rounded. Then you remove the paper backing, stick it to your die and run it through the Big Shot TM. Next you remove the cut outs which in this case are the circles and you're done!

I am totally sold on this because I am making 75 more Snowman Tags just to use up the eyes that I had left over. They'll be slightly different since I no longer have access to certain supplies.
