Tada! I put the whole thing together. It comes with a nice box (not pictured) so that you can gift it but I will be keeping it for myself and hanging it in a good spot so I won't need it.

Here are the different calendar designs that I came up with. Get creative but be careful because they don't give you that many extra sticky rectangles to stamp on. There are 18 calendar pages but I ran out so I had to stick with a 12 month calendar. I hope to make the other calendar pages into birthday cards.
